Human Embryonic Research

A highlight of what ethical turmoil is circulating researchers today SILENTLY is the use of embryos for research, in order to advance in human cloning, embryonic stem cell research and more so being able to "see" exactly how human creation is completed on a molecular level.
The turmoil surrounding this - is the usage of embryos and their right to life. Even the embryos that are to be disposed, failure of IVF, removal due to too many successful embryos during IVF, abortions etc.. are not to be used. Thus, another area of science is open to advancement which can be completed at a slower rate and that is that of synthetic life.

Now, for those opposing embryonic research they must understand- the plague of diseases and the spread of cancer, and the super resistant virus strands, AIDS and many more are appearing to be on a rise - as - we have fallen behind in the race of superior being!

As, we know - all organisms move forward with time. They evolve just as we evolve. The advance just as we advance. Taking it down a notch--

Looking back in history, there is irrefutable evidence that as science evolved, society evolved and as society evolved so did the ethics of the society evolve which in turn groomed and trimmed society's morals which in turn structured the governing states laws.
Here is one pause I would like to make --- alot of people tend to use the word morality and ethics interchangeably and this is wrong . Ethics are structural components of morals, and morals are structural components of law. They are NOT two in the same. Another error we make is confuse religion to ethics - Religion is a belief and way of life observed by an "x" number of persons. Religion, may infer ethical standards and sometimes impose them which in turn shape the ethical values of a citizen, and through compromise of the greater whole, morals are defined and thus laws are formed.

Thus, back in the 18th century it was morally ok, to execute someone for a petty theft. Not only that but the imposition of the viewing of this execution was morally correct. Parties, street vendors gathered in the town square with children and adults ranging all ages to view the execution of the unlawful citizen. Nowadays, such public exhibition would not be envisioned at all, and laws condemning such executions even in private are in effect in most parts of the world and moreso , private justice sought out by an individual for eye for an eye are now considered illegal, thus immoral , and non-ethical. So, we come back to the initial statement -of evolution.
As, we see from history only - as science evolved, society evolved, as society evolved the ethics were molded to fit the mold of society of that day. Thus morals evolve as society and science evolve. This is inevitable - as with physical change comes "spiritual change". Back to the ethical implications of embryonic research.
People are aching to find the cure for cancer - aching for the cure to AIDS, aching for the cure to cancer and so on -- BUT will not allow science to progress. Newsflash - evolution of bacteria and other organisms will not slow down for us - if we do find cures using mice and fish and salamanders wont we eventually have to test it on humans??
